SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekends are dispatched on Mondays.
Canada: Shipped via Canada Post Expedited Shipping (1-7 Business Days)
Free shipping on orders over $99 within Canada.
During the holiday season expect delays due to higher volume of orders. Shipments may be delayed a few days, please allow additional days in transit. A tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation from sales@airrelax.ca
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for choosing Air Relax! We are dedicated to providing quality products and services to our customers, and we appreciate your business. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase, in the same condition and undamaged, and include all items and original packaging. Please note that a $30 restocking fee will be applied to all returns not covered by warranty. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item.
Items purchased before the sale or promotion dates will not be eligible for a price adjustment. Sales prices are only valid for orders placed on the sale dates.
